Favorite Gluten-Free Brands


Dear Gluten-Free Reader,

In recent years, the gluten-free market has expanded rapidly.  There are lots of great products out there, and how do you find them?  Trial and Error.  When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I tried dozens of gluten-free products and mixes.  I started to keep a list of the brands that I liked and the ones I didn't like.  The bad column was twice as long as the good.  To help you stock your gluten-free kitchen with delicious options, I have added a list of my favorite gluten-free brands.  Please keep in mind many of these products are also soy and dairy free, this is because I follow a gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and all natural diet.  Most newly diagnosed Celiacs are also lactose intolerant and sensitive to soy.  If you or someone you know is new to the gluten-free lifestyle please share this list with them or use it to surprise them with a gluten-free gift basket! Mmmm
